noun – the desire to promote the welfare of others, expressed especially by the generous donation of money to good causes.
The #CSC challenge was created as a social media marketing initiative by Donsville Media Group (DMG) for Chuck Sanders Charities. Chuck Sanders Charities goal is to raise public awareness during the holiday season, so we not only celebrate with our family and loved ones but also remember to help the less fortunate in this time.
STEP 1: Make a personalized cell phone video reminiscing on some of your fondest or most inspirational holiday moments and memories. Tell us why the holidays are so important to you and your loved ones. Then challenge your friends and family to do the same and share their story.
STEP 2: After making your personalized cell phone video post it on your social media networks with the hashtag #CSC and like us on Facebook.
Chuck Sanders Charities has partnered with local non-profits and youth organizations in Pittsburgh for the #CSC initiative such as The Kingsley Association and ACH Clear Pathways. We encourage everyone both locally and nationally to donate unopened toys to their local non-profit organizations and charities this Christmas. Together we can create some unforgettable memories for the less fortunate during the holidays.
In Pittsburgh you can drop off your toys at The SAVOY Restaurant in the Strip at 2623 Penn Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15222 or at The Kingsley Association at 6435 Frankstown Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
